The Washington Professional Counselors Association (WAPROCA) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the WAPROCA Website and governs data collection and usage. By using the WAPROCA website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

WAPROCA may request and collect personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. WAPROCA may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.  WAPROCA does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists or information to third parties.

This information is used by WAPROCA for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the WAPROCA website.

Note: WAPROCA does not generally read any of your online communications or content posted specifically to any area clearly identified as a 'public message' area. Use of your Personal Information

WAPROCA may collect and use your personal information to operate the WAPROCA Web Site for delivering the services you have requested. WAPROCA may keep track of the website and pages our customers visit within the WAPROCA website, in order to determine what WAPROCA services are the most popular.
